A discredited Japanese scientist who became the lead engineer on a Soviet mobile combat suit project. He programmed the suit's control mechanism to respond only to Kawamata's thought impulses and assisted him in stealing the armored vehicle before fleeing to Japan. He does not appear in the subsequent acts.
