The ruthless right-hand man for money launderer Hale Chidduck. He negotiates with the kidnappers, leaves a heavy ransom in an ambush, and personally orchestrates the violence. He shoots and cripples both Parker and Longbaugh, then departs with the money, the doctor, and the surrogate.
