A seasoned hitman who partners with Louis Blanchard. After Blanchard's murder, he survives an assassination attempt by Keegan and reluctantly teams up with Detective Taylor Kwon. They uncover a corruption scheme orchestrated by Robert Morel, rescue Kwon multiple times, and engage in a brutal axe fight against Keegan. Bobo ultimately helps Kwon cover up the violence to protect him.
