Moon’s spy and agent tasked with extracting the treasure location from Yellowbeard’s torturers. He tracks the pirate to Betty’s tavern, confronts Blind Pew, exposes him as a government informant, and pursues Dan’s group across the sea. He is defeated by Pew’s combat skills.
