A captive dragon kept in an imperial pen alongside Lu Yu. After Lu Yu's death, he is targeted by Diao for his Qi. He escapes with Ping's help, teaches her to harness Qi, and reveals her lineage as a Dragon Keeper. He assaults the palace to rescue his unborn son and ultimately sacrifices himself against Diao before flying to the Isle of the Blest to heal.
