A civil servant and dragon hunter dispatched by the Emperor to capture Danzi. He punishes Master Lan for Lu Yu's death and attempts to use Ping as leverage. Secretly aiming for immortality, he acquires the dragon egg, undergoes a sorcerous transformation into a giant monster at his laboratory, and is ultimately crushed by falling rocks after absorbing too much Qi.
