A telekinetic fish whose corpse is stolen and resurrected using Living Spray. After the factory accident brings the surrounding buildings to life, he is reprogrammed to attack do-gooders but is ultimately redeemed by Li'l Petey's comic book, which neutralizes his powers and leads to his arrest.
