Leader of the fanatically conservative Five Points Trinity Church. He orchestrates the abduction and drugging of three teenagers, delivers hate-filled sermons, and orders ritual murders. He blackmails Sheriff Wynan to protect his operations, initiates a shootout with ATF agents, and is eventually captured after the congregation claims the Rapture has occurred.
