Local sheriff who is secretly bisexual. After his car is sideswiped by the teenagers, he dispatches Deputy Pete to investigate. Cooper blackmails him to stay away from the church. He mistakenly shoots Travis, believing him to be a member, and is later killed during the ensuing church shootout.
