Monsieur Cousin, a lonely Parisian statistician, shares his small apartment with a python named Gros-Câlin, seeking warmth and companionship. Infatuated with his coworker, Mlle Dreyfus, he awkwardly tries to win her affection, misinterpreting social cues and struggling with human connection.
