Hakufu is currently the leader of Nanyo Academy. After Kan'u returns to Seito Academy. Gentoku invites her and the gang to Chinatown for lunch. They encounter Hakufu and the gang who are working part-time at a restaurant for an overseas battle tour. Kan'u gets upset that Hakufu and the others interrupt her chances to be intimate with Ryuubi. Fighters from Rakuyo High School have been found hanging around near Nanyou Academy. Rakuyo is headed by the fierce Fighter Totaku, who has conquered a couple of the schools in Kanto. Other schools have been banding together against him. Meanwhile, while running late for school, Koukin reveals to Hakufu that he would be willing to sacrifice himself if it meant protecting her. Shimei Ryomou easily defeats a battle weary Ekitoku Chouhi. The threat of Ryomou killing Unsho Kan'u awakens Gentoku Ryuubi's dragon. Suikyou reveals that Ryomou harbors a dragon as she runs away from the encounter. Kan'u is forced to subdue Ryuubi, who has been completely possessed by her dragon, and imprison her for several days until the possession subsides. Genyou Kakouton reminisces about Houkou Kakuka but decides not to lead a surprise attack on Nanyo Academy. Bunwa Kaku relays orders from Moutoku Sousou, who is isolated in a basement under the influence of his dragon. Hakufu Sonsaku and Koukin Shuyu are attacked in Shuyu's house at night by Totosu, but he and his gang are defeated by Goei. Kakouton shows up and apologizes for the surprise attack. Teni remembers how she met Chuutatsu Shibai before attacking Shimei Ryomou, who releases her dragon, but is still defeated and mortally wounded. Shiryu Chou'un appears, and with her eyes closed, beats Teni just as the Dragon Jade heals Ryomou. Chou'un delivers the injured Ryomou to Koukin Shuyu's house where Ryomou remembers her dragon awakened but was defeated by Chou'un. Bunen Chouryou reports on Teni's hospitalization to Shibai. On Suikyou's advice, Unsho Kan'u travels to Tougenin and encounters Genchoku Josho. Gentoku Ryuubi insists on following her against Ekitoku Chouhi's wishes. While Chouhi prepares to fight Kanshou Kochuu, Ryuubi gets lost and happens upon Koumei Shokatsuryou.

At Bunwa Kaku's behest, Myosai Kakouen attacks Nanyo Academy. Gakushu and Koukin Shuyu battle her, but when Shimei Ryomou fails to appear, Kakouen leaves. Moutoku Sousou orders Genyou Kakouton to lead an army to attack Seito Academy and capture Unsho Kan'u.

Genyou Kakouton withdraws after capturing Unsho Kan'u. Chuutatsu Shibai assigns Chuukou Kyocho to watch over Moutoku Sousou. Shunhai Chouko ad Bunken Gakushin fail to extract information from Kan'u. Seito Academy's leaders discuss how to free Kan'u. Hakufu Sonsaku goes to Kyosho Academy to fight Sousou, but Kan'u challenges her instead. Sonsaku unleashes her dragon, but Sousou appears before Kan'u is defeated.

Genpou Saji returns to Nanyo Academy. Chuutatsu Shibai sends a message claiming Moutoku Sousou killed Hakufu Sonsaku and demanding Nanyo Academy surrender. Yojo Bashoku requests a meeting between Nanyo and Seito Academy. At the meeting, Koumei Shokatsuryou returns the Dragon Jade as proof of an alliance against Sousou. Genyou Kakouton releases Unsho Kan'u angering Sousou.

In this episode it starts off with Shimei on the ground, but in her mind walking away from herself only to see Yojo saying that she was afraid of changing her destiny. And as Shiryu show up and started to fight Kanu, while Shimei started to wonder why do fighters fight. After Shiryu may or may not give her the answer, we see Bachou, Hakufu, Shikou, Chuukou and Koukin finishing the guards all 103 of them, then Hakufu and Koukin went into the tunnel, and it collapse and the cause of that was Teni.

Yojo Bashoku gives Koumei Shokatsuryou a progress report. Moutoku Sousou's fighting spirit imbues Chuutatsu Shibai with power for the coming battle. Bunwa Kaku learns of the final battle as Genpou Saji, Gakushu and Shimei Ryomou arrive at the site. Ryomou gives the Dragon Jade to Shokatsuryou. Koukin Shuyu reveals over lunch that he saw Unchou Kan'u at Seito Academy. Ukitsu revives Hakufu Sonsaku spirit. The fighters from Kyosho Academy arrive and the battle begins.

The combined forces of Seito Academy and Nanyo Academy defeat Kyosho Academy, but Chuutatsu Shibai crashes her car, engulfing the battlefield in flames. Shibai, who is now able to walk, attacks Gentoku Ryuubi but Unchou Kan'u comes to the rescue. Shibai summons Moutoku Sousou's red dragon which awakens Ryuubi's yellow dragon. Hakufu Sonsaku's blue dragon joins the battle. Shiryu Chou'un returns in time to save Nanyo's big four.

Hakufu and Ryoumei go after Ouin Shishi, who manages to enrage Hakufu. But instead of her dragon spirit manifesting, Hakufu channels the remaining influence of Toutaku and gets out of control. Can Koukin save her from her fate? Ukitsu also comes back for a final challenge.
