Lana and her team are called in to investigate a London black cab that has been abandoned in a wasteland - and soon realise that something more sinister is going on.

Counter Terrorism Police work to establish a link between the victims of the incidents, but a well-meaning intervention backfires and leaves the unit at a loss.

After Jade wakes up, Donna explains the town's situation, but he dismisses it, believing it is an elaborate escape room set up by Tobey. Father Khatri later guides Jim and Tabitha through the town, telling them about "Choosing Day", when newcomers must decide between living in a private house or at Colony House. All hope looks lost for the remaining missing person until a new lead emerges - with Lana now known to the bomber, she must work harder than ever to avoid his traps.

The bomber's next target is symbolic of their whole campaign as Lana, who is rushing against the clock, must find the bomb in a search held amidst pandemonium.

After one last attack, Lana faces a reckoning when she uncovers the truth behind the campaign as the confession so desperately fought for finally comes.
