Rebecca Bunch finds out she's been offered a partnership with the Manhattan law firm where she works, but realizes that she isn't happy with her life. After Greg accuses both Rebecca and Josh of being terrible people, Rebecca tries to prove otherwise by getting her boss custody of his daughter.
