One of the shelter boys who helps organize the group after Beth's firing. Appointed Chief of Police under Buck's reform, he discovers Joey's frozen body, exposes Krispan's cover-up, and leads the boys' violent revolt. He pushes for executing Krispan and sets the barn on fire during the climax.
