Another Arkham escapee whose biochemical properties are exploited by Mr. Freeze to create the mutation serum. Transformed into a colossal ice monster, he clashes with Bane over past betrayals. Batman quickly overpowers him, causing the serum's effects to dissipate and reverting him to his human form.
