Exiled villain who partners with the Penguin to return to Gotham. He engineers a potent serum using the biochemical properties of Bane, Clayface, and Chemo to mutate Killer Croc and Chemo into giant ice monsters. After being betrayed and defeated by the Penguin, his guilt leads him to aid the heroes in crafting a laser cannon to defeat Lava-Clayface. Ultimately arrested and returned to Arkham.
