A ruthless smuggling boss whose diamonds are stolen by Lam Wai-Tung. He interrogates police, threatens the brothers, and discovers the diamond swap. He captures and tortures Wai-leung, frames him for murder, and orchestrates the final violent confrontation. He is ultimately killed by Wai-leung after a desperate shootout.
