A police sergeant who suspects smuggler Chiu Ying Kau. He witnesses a henchman's face, investigates Chiu by bugging his car, and discovers an informant. He reunites with Wai-leung and Mun, fights alongside them against Chiu's men, and stops Wai-leung from executing Chiu in a fit of rage during the final confrontation.
