Ben Kwok's sister who organizes a surprise birthday party for Lam Wai-Tung. She later visits her brother's apartment, inadvertently leading to his capture by Chiu. In the climax, she assists in the escape from handcuffs by throwing Ben's gun through the chimney and supports the final stand against the smugglers.
