A successful psychiatrist recruited by General Pratt to secretly assist the government. He is forced to wear a blindfold during travel to Base X to hide a patient. To cover up the secret after being arrested by the patient's sister, he fabricates a false engagement with Vicky Vicenti. He later attempts to reconstruct sounds heard while blindfolded to locate Base X, ultimately ending up in a situation where she considers making their fake engagement real.
Snow serves as the official psychiatrist for Vincenti's treatment.
