The ruthless enforcer and son-in-law of mob boss Don Gennarro. Hired to eliminate the Harlem robbers, he brutally interrogates and murders informants like Henry J. and Joe using extreme violence and racist tactics. He is killed by Jim Harris during a shootout at the tenement hideout.
