Romeo's estranged and violent father who re-enters his son's life. Initially perceived by Romeo as a threat, Joe eventually clashes with Morell, recognizing him as a bully. Though his earlier confrontation inadvertently pushes Romeo closer to Morell and temporarily strains his relationship with Ladine, Joe ultimately intervenes to protect Bill, defeating Morell and helping restore stability to Romeo's life.
