A dangerous, wanted mobster seeking to flee the country via a local airfield. He manipulates the Anderson family, taunts the estranged brothers, and offers a massive bribe to Tippy. He evades capture through deception and a plane rescue, but is ultimately defeated when Ralph crashes a car into his aircraft.
