Ralph's estranged brother and the sheriff's deputy. Greedy for a reward, he recklessly attempts to capture Massonetti, inadvertently causing his father's death. Tempted by the mobster's bribe, he gets injured during a shootout at a gas station and ultimately dies, leaving Ralph to finish the mission alone.
