Stardate: Unknown. With the war between Klingons and Federation intensifying, Sisko must make a plan to expose Gowron as a changeling. Odo is still having trouble with becoming a solid.
While exploring in the Gamma Quadrant, Sisko, Dax, Worf and O'Brien see a Jem'Hadar warship crash on a planet's surface. Odo arrests Dr. Bashir and Quark.
Stardate: Unknown. While Worf helps Quark to pursue his former wife Grilka, O'Brien and Kira grow uncomfortably close to each other.
Dr. Bashir has been away at a conference and Jake Sisko has accompanied him to research a profile he is writing about the doctor. Returning in a runabout, they get a distress call from a Federation colony under Klingon attack.
Keiko returns from a journey and informs O'Brien that she is really an entity that has taken possession of his wife's body.
Stardate: 4523.7. In this celebration of the 30th anniversary of The Original Series, the disgraced Klingon spy Darvin travels back in time to undo his century-old defeat by James Kirk. The DS9 crew must track him down and stop him, while blending in with the crew of the original Enterprise NCC-1701.
Stardate: Unknown. While vacationing on Risa, Worf and Dax meet a group of fundamentalist protesters who claim that the Federation has gone soft.
Sisko, Odo, Dax and Garak are found unconscious. While Bashir attempts to revive their bodies, the four wake up during the Cardassian occupation of Bajor several years earlier.
Forced to crash-land on a desolate planet, Odo and Quark must climb a mountain to transmit a distress signal. Jake and Nog (temporarily back at DS9) find sharing quarters isn't as enjoyable as they thought it would be.
An accident causes Sisko to have prophetic visions. When he finds an ancient Bajoran city, lost for 20,000 years, Kai Winn reconsiders her attitude towards him.
Someone is killing former members of Kira's resistance cell and she might be next.
Stardate: Unknown. The discovery of an infant Changeling gives Odo a chance to put right the trauma of his own upbringing, while his “father” Dr. Mora insists on a more clinical approach.
Stardate: 50485.2. When the traitorous Eddington returns, Sisko will go to any lengths to capture him.
Stardate: Unknown. A coded message from the Gamma Quadrant leads Garak to believe his mentor, Enabran Tain, is still alive. He and Worf seek him out, only to discover something much worse: a Dominion invasion fleet poised to attack the Alpha Quadrant.

Stardate: Unknown. Dr. Bashir is selected to be the model for the next-generation of Emergency Medical Hologram (EMH). But he balks when his parents are invited to the station to be interviewed by the EMH programmer, Dr. Zimmerman. There is a dark secret in his family that he's afraid that his parents will reveal.
Odo helps a woman hiding on the station from organized criminals, but quickly develops a personal interest in the case.
Quark's cousin Gaila, knowing Quark is desperate for funds, takes him on as a junior partner in his highly lucrative arms dealing business. With his mother Keiko away dealing with a plague on Bajor, Yoshi O'Brien will only stop crying when Miles holds him, making things difficult.
Stardate: 50712.2. When a Cardassian official that thinks of Kira as his daughter is dying, he agrees to reveal all he knows to her. But the experience dredges up Kira's memories of her own father's death.
Stardate: Unknown. Quark doesn't know whether to be panicked or overjoyed when he learns that his mother is the new lover of the Grand Nagus.
Martok, Worf and Dax go on a mission aboard a Klingon ship to search for a missing Klingon vessel. However, Martok's uneasiness about battle, a result of his captivity, affects his crew's morale.
Stardate: 50814.2. The DS9 crew discovers a colony that, due to a time travel accident, turns out to be inhabited by the crew's own descendants.
An act of desperation by the Maquis could plunge the Federation into war: The Maquis have thirty cloaked missiles heading to Cardassia.
O'Brien, Garak, Nog and an engineering team go to Deep Space Nines abandoned sister space station, Empok Nor, to salvage components. The away team soon discover that all is not as it seems.
Jake wants to give his father a present to cheer him up, a 1951 Willie Mays baseball card. He enlists Nog to help him obtain it, but they run into complications with a mysterious geneticist, Dr. Giger. Kai Winn, worried over the prospect of a Federation/Dominion war and its effects on Bajor, meets with Dominion representative Weyoun.
Faced with the realization that the Dominion are taking over the Alpha Quadrant, Sisko decides to mine the entrance to the wormhole with self-replicating cloaked mines, thus beginning the Dominion War.
