A shopkeeper running a failing meat pie business who harbors unrequited love for Todd. She discovers his true identity and devises a scheme to bake his murder victims into pies to sell to the public. She adopts Toby as a son, locks him in the basement when he becomes suspicious, and is ultimately killed by Todd when he throws her into the oven.
