A corrupt official who wrongfully exiled Benjamin Barker sixteen years ago after raping his wife Lucy and adopting his daughter Johanna. He visits Todd's shop for a shave, prompting Todd's revenge attempt. After having Johanna committed to an asylum, he is ultimately killed by Todd and dropped through the trapdoor into the basement bakery.
