A rival barber and snake oil salesman who publicly humiliates Todd in a shaving contest. He later visits the shop, recognizes Todd's distinctive straight razors, and attempts blackmail. Todd panics and murders him, hiding the body in a trunk before Mrs. Lovett proposes baking him into a pie.
