Judge Turpin's personal bailiff and enforcer. He assaults Anthony on the street and later recommends Turpin visit Todd's barbershop. While inspecting complaints about a foul smell from the chimney, he is tricked and murdered by Todd, with his body dropping through the trapdoor into the basement.
